What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to the local Derry area. We can deliver a 10-mile radius out of the town

If I wish to contact, you about an order I have placed?

The fastest way is to give the office a call on 02871266942 or alternatively send us an email to gillenfuels@hotmail.com

Once I place my order do I need to do anything else?

We have to accept your order, once the order is accepted you will receive an email back with confirmation on your order.

When will my oil be delivered?

Once we have accepted your order, our standard delivery time is 3 working days; however, this may vary depending on how busy we are. If your delivery is urgent, we will always endeavour to make your order a priority if you let us know it’s very urgent on the notes section of the order

What happens if my tank doesn’t hold the amount I have paid for?

We advise customers to check their tanks before placing an order to ensure the amount ordered will fit in the tank. If, however, this happens the credit (money value) will be on the customer’s account for any future deliveries. 

Can I pay cash on delivery?

if you wish to pay cash to the driver you will need to place your order over the phone on 02871266942. All orders via the website are processed by WorldPay if an order isn’t paid online this order will fail by the online system

What if I miss my delivery?

If we cannot deliver due to a locked tank or we cannot gain access, we can arrange another delivery but there will be a £20 call out fee

I live on a street with limited access what happens?

We have a small tanker we use for difficult deliveries however at times we have to work around traffic to get the delivery completed
